This entry from Denmark was one of those songs that was a clear winner from first listen. The tin whistle hook, the catchy chorus, driving beat and eye catching performance, even if I wanted any other song to win. It would've been futile, Denmark was the next winner of the Eurovision Song Contest.

While Emmelie de Forest's Eurovision winning song didn't have quite the success as last year's Euphoria, she's still a popular singer. She wrote the second Official Eurovision song and performs it and her winning song when her home country hosts the next year. And this year I even heard her latest single in the background of a TV show here in the States.
