Oh Benjamin - the son of two Swedish entertainment legends with a promising Melodifestivalen debut the year before, this young talent became a popular star overnight. But was his sudden fame enough for Eurovision stage?

The short answer is yes, he was. His innovative performance with smooth dance moves and solid vocals was enough to place 2nd in his semi final. By the night of the final, despite placement in the last half of the final - he was quickly out shown by the favorites of the night. He still placed in the top 10, but compared to other years - this proved to be a disappointment for Sweden.
