I loved this. A slavic rock ballad with a melancholy melody, this song was just my personal jam. Something about this evoked a strong emotion from me. I was just really really into it. I had never heard a song in Slovene before and because I was so drawn to the melody I had to learn the words. Luckily Slovene wasn't as tricky to learn after Russian and Polish. I had my hopes up for the song to do well in the contest. Despite a good draw, performing third from last, and singing very well on stage, it failed to make enough impact the night of the semi-final. Omar and his song were two places (or sixteen points) away from reaching the grand final. I still stand by this song and I still know all the words.

Semi-Final Score: 69 pts (12th place out of 25)
