This seemed to be the guilty pleasure of all the Eurovision fans. And only the Eurovision fans. The Dutch singer was a fan-favorite, promising to wear a scandalous dress if she qualified, but sadly, the bizarre performance killed any chance of Trijntje making it to the final.

Her strong vocals present in the recorded version in this catchy guitar-led pop tune just sadly never made an appearance on the Eurovision stage. The strange beginning of performance where she tears off a face mask seemed to distract from anything good about her staging. The visuals of a man slowly walking towards the stage came too late and the song just didn't get enough votes to make it through to the final.
